Experience the wild heart of Corcovado National Park on a private, two-day, one-night adventure to Sirena Station, one of the most remote and wildlife-rich areas of Costa Rica.

This experience is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the rainforest and have more time to explore one of the most biodiverse areas of the country. During the two days, we will explore the trails around Sirena with a private certified guide, looking for monkeys, scarlet macaws, tapirs, peccaries, reptiles, amphibians and a great variety of tropical birds and other wildlife.

The boat transportation to Sirena can be arranged as private or shared transportation, depending on availability and the option selected. Once at Sirena, accommodation is provided in shared bunk-style sleeping quarters (camarotes). There are no private rooms, and the sleeping areas are shared with other visitors.

One important aspect of the Sirena experience is the arrival and departure by boat. Wet landing and wet boarding are common, and the beach can have rocks and uneven surfaces. For this reason, water shoes or footwear that can get wet are strongly recommended for getting on and off the boat safely and comfortably.

The adventure combines hiking, waterfalls, caves, and tropical landscapes; it begins with a guided hike through Marino Ballena National Park, where you'll enjoy the lush tropical surroundings while learning about the local flora, fauna, biodiversity, and the importance of protecting these unique ecosystems. Then we will continue to El Pavón Waterfall, a beautiful natural waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation. You'll have time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and refresh yourself in its waters. Next, we'll visit the fascinating caves of Playa Ventanas. The visit and access to the caves will depend on the tide and sea conditions, always prioritizing the safety of our guests and respecting the natural environment. To finish the adventure, we'll visit Uvita Waterfall, where you can relax, enjoy the natural pools, and take a refreshing bath. To complete this wonderful experience, we'll enjoy a delicious tipycal lunch at the waterfall´s restaurant.

Discover the incredible birdlife of Costa Rica's southern Pacific coast on a private birdwatching experience around Bahía Ballena and the surroundings of Marino Ballena National Park. The experience starts at 6:00 a.m., when bird activity is at its peak. We will explore different habitats around Bahía Ballena, looking for a variety of resident and migratory species while learning about their behavior, ecology and the tropical ecosystems they inhabit. During the tour, you may encounter species such as Scarlet Macaws, toucans, trogons, tanagers, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, herons, raptors, flycatchers and many other tropical birds. The exact species will vary depending on the season, weather and location. Although the experience begins around Bahía Ballena and Marino Ballena National Park, the route can be adapted according to the birds you are hoping to see. If you are looking for specific species or families of birds, we can move to other nearby locations and habitats when appropriate to increase the chances of finding them. The experience can also be adapted to the physical condition and pace of each guest, making it possible to enjoy the birdwatching experience comfortably and without rushing
